At NeoPro Cycling, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next ride. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all NeoPro tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label, then drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
